Differentiate Reading and Writing
If you're familiar with ReadWorks.org - you'll be happy to know that they've expanded to digitalreadworks.org with free high interest reading passages and writing opportunities for students.
Use your current ReadWorks account or create a new one. Create a class, and assign reading passages to students. After reading, students answer comprehension questions and add to their Knowledge Board with a written response. This is an impressive tool to add to your reading and writing routines in your classroom.
Build a Writing Center Kiosk in your Classroom
Optimize your Blended Learning Environment with Blendspace
Build your own or edit digital lessons submitted by other teachers. Provide students with content rich resources and formative assessments.
