Welcome Mrs. Baugh...
Here's what Mrs. Baugh has to say about joining our staff...
I am passionate about art and education. I believe that there are infinite ways to encourage creativity in the classroom and I hope to pass on these techniques to the students here in Lago Vista. When someone looks at a problem with a creative mind, coming up with a new and innovative solution becomes habit. This is vital in today's world. I believe every student has the ability to create art and experience art in a unique way.
I have my BFA in Theatre Design and Technology from Texas State University. I am a scenic artist and designer. I have always had a passion to teach and obtained my Masters of Education in 2014. I learned to most up to date teaching strategies. I have been at Rouse High school for the last 3 years and am excited for this transition to K-5. I am so happy to be here and cannot wait to meet and get to know all of the students here.
Information will be coming home soon from Mrs. Baugh on how to access Google Classroom so you can see art in action in her classroom.
Please welcome Mrs. Baugh to our campus!
Apex Numbers Are In...
A massive thank you to everyone who came out today to volunteer and cheer on the kiddos, and for all of those that raised funds to support our school!
