Eaton Parent Newsletter
June 3rd, 2022
Dear Eaton Families,
It has been a busy week at Eaton! Our 3rd, 4th and 5th graders completed their End of Grade (EOG) testing this week. We are so proud of our Olympians and their hard work. Students who were absent for testing will make up their test when they return to school.
It is hard to believe that next week is our last week of the 2021-2022 school year. All of our Olympians have worked so hard this year.
Car Pick Up Line
With the summer heat upon us, we have noticed that drivers are stopping under the shade tree rather than pulling forward to the next vehicle when picking up children after school. This is lengthening our car pick-up line and negatively impacting the turn lane coming from Gordon Road. Please pull forward to the next vehicle when picking up children after school and in the morning.
5th Grade Celebration
We are looking forward to honoring our 5th graders on Wednesday, June 8th. We invite our 5th grade families to join us for a ceremony at 9:00 in our Multi-Purpose Room. Guests can begin arriving at 8:30am. We anticipate the ceremony to last approximately 1 1/2 hours. Students are invited to dress to impress! We encourage them to bring a change of clothes for their afternoon festivities.
