It is that time of year where we begin planning for the next school year. In order to recruit and retain the best qualified educators during the GCPS Transfer process and the top prospects in the applicant pool, it is very important that we know what our needs are.

Benefield staff and students have IT! We collected $7,238.27 for United Way. Way to go Benefield!
Ms. Dargon has IT! She juggled her schedule with little notice and covered a 4th grade class with excellence!
Ms. Robbins has IT! After being out the past few days while sick Ms. Robbins still was able to teach my second graders a lesson on non-fiction text features! Thanks Ms. Robbins :)
Heather Tack has IT! Her flexibility and patience while problem-solving is very much appreciated!
Trish Thomas-Lee has IT! She is incredibly helpful with scheduling activities and managing the school calendar!
Gaye Thomas has IT! Her smile and laughter are infectious!
Michele vanLeeuwen has IT! I appreciate all of her help with ordering items and collecting money. She is very patient!

Ms. Collins has IT! Her classroom is a playground of teaching and learning at its best! She incorporates innovative practices in classroom culture, record keeping, small group instruction, data usage and so much more. Ms. Collins also models instructional strategies for our new teachers on a regular basis. On top of all this, she is always pleasant!
Ms. vanLeeuwen, Ms. Cross, Ms. Culberson, and Ms. Robbins have IT! Their efforts ensured that BES Title I Fall Monitoring and Inventory Audit was a HUGE success!
Ms. Cross has IT! She has collected 100% of Compacts and 100% of receipt documents! We appreciate you!
HOST teachers have IT! Thank you for opening the doors of your classroom in efforts to share innovative practices with your colleagues. Your efforts to help build teacher capacity is appreciated!
Ms. Thomas-Lee has IT! She successfully secured and smoothly orchestrated the assignment of 24 subs for one day! You ROCK!
Michelle Johnson has IT! Even though she is working with Kindergarten, she always helps 1st grade out by helping our children line up after lunch while we clean tables. She is amazing!
