Tuscaloosa City School Launches Dual Enrollment Portal for New and Returning Students

TCS is simplifying the dual enrollment process for students and families-from eligibility to application and beyond.

All dual enrollment students, both new and returning, will begin using the portal for the Summer 2023 registration window.

Through this one, centralized portal, students and families can apply for dual enrollment programs at our four post-secondary partner institutions (Auburn First, Shelton State Community College, Stillman College, and The University of Alabama Early College).

Students can also opt-in to the ELEVATE Dual Enrollment Scholarship which provides financial support (including tuition, textbooks, and course materials/fees) for up to nine (9) total college credit hours for eligible students at Shelton State Community College, Stillman College, or The University of Alabama Early College. Students who attend Shelton State Community College through the ELEVATE Dual Enrollment Scholarship can receive a matching scholarship (up to 9 credit hours) in the Summer and/or Fall semester following their high school graduation. That's up to 18 total college credit hours COMPLETELY FREE!
