Tell your parents, teacher or a trusted adult
Keep all evidance
Do not answer to any nasty e-mails or texts
Have some time off devices
Start a new account
Delete and block the person bullying you from your contact list
This way, they won't be able to send you nasty texts or e-mails.
Ask your parents to tell the police
Ignore the bully
Don't believe what they are saying
Remember that it is not all aimed at you
Cyberbullying is not a nice thing, and we all have to stand up to it. No one deserves to be cyberbullied.
