What Skills are We Learning this Month?
Teddy Tip of the Month for Parents: Disciplining Effectively
If your child is nervous about spending time apart, give him/ her something tangible to remind him/her of you. Let your child carry your picture, kiss a tissue, or cut out a paper heart, and put it in his/her pocket. Having something physical to touch may help your child to fell less anxious by using examples from this strategy anytime you have to be a part from your child. (P. Lamb, 2018)
Keep being an awesome parent and never grow weary of being as awesome as you are!
