6th Grade Volleyball Tournament . . .

Guest Contributor: Brady Lockwood

The four teams that made it to the semi-finals were the Dabbing Pandas, the Holly Jolly Volleys, the Bandits, and the party Koalas. The first game of the semi-finals was the Dabbing Pandas against the Bandits. The intense game came down to the final seconds with the Bandits taking the win.

The second game for a semi-finals spot was the Holly Jolly Volleys against the Party Koalas. When this game, probably the most intense of all the games in the tournament, finally came to an end, there wasn’t a winner. None of the kids on either team were counting how many points each team had! Mr. Bocklet, the gym teacher, said that the teams would play a mini game to determine a winner. The final game of the volleyball tournament was the Bandits against the Holly Jolly Volleys. It was the hardest game to win.

When the game came to an end, the Holly Jolly Volleys came out victorious and were crowned the winners of the tournament. The kids on the winning Holly Jolly Volleys team were Brady Moore, Kate Veith, Erin Smith, Robby Porco, Matt Perrello, Brady Lockwood, Joelle Park and Seth Gibson.
