2nd Annual Sidewalk Sale Our 2nd Annual Sidewalk Sale was a success! We had over 35 spots sold this year. Last year we sold less than 20 and we are thrilled about the growth. The kids worked so hard setting up and breaking down the event. We are so proud of their work ethic and willingness to invest in their program. It truly belongs to them and it is a joy for us to see the ownership they are taking in all of the things that we do as a department. Next year's Sidewalk Sale is scheduled for April 22nd! Mark your calendars. | Remembering Jayne Cunningham Jayne Cunningham was an artist, baker, samaritan, businesswoman, mother, wife, and grandmother. Jayne enjoyed sharing the fruit of her labor with people in need and in organizations across Wylie ISD. Jayne had a huge heart for Wylie East Theatre in particular. Jayne requested that donations be given to our organization in lieu of flowers. With those donations we have decided the best way to honor Jayne's love of Wylie East Theatre students is to give students the opportunity to experience the educational and artistic enrichment at Texas Thespians. We hope to extend this scholarship to two students who have a heart of service, hard work, love of learning, creativity, kindness, and generosity like we saw in Jayne. | Mainstage Theatre Mainstage Theatre and several of our seniors teamed up with Wylie High Theatre to research the effects of bullying and cyber bullying and the legal consequences of them. Together they wrote scripts and worked with district personnel to record videos that will be shown throughout the district to educate our kids. I was so proud of the professionalism the students showed through the process. |

Yard Signs Help represent Wylie East Theatre in the community by displaying a yard sign for your student. You can purchase online and students can pick up at school.
