Class Promise

Our class promises to grow our brains by doing our best and choosing the harder task. We also promise to be a leader by being respectful, responsible, honest, and kind.

Its Been a Great Week!

This week we started our new unit "Connections of the Heart." We will be focusing on making connections through many different texts. In math, we continued chapter 3 working with measurement and perimeter. We started information writing. We are learning to write like a scientist. We started our Moon book study groups and hope to have cross text discussions on Tuesday.

Things to Look Forward to Next Week!

We will continue focusing on "Connections of the Heart." We will start reading our novel! It is one of my personal favorites! In math, we will continue chapter 3, focusing on measurement. We will finish our moon study and move on to looking at the weather.

Please sign your child's token report and send it back to school Tuesday.

Today you should have received your child's report card via email. If you did not, please let me know.

Please continue the moon phase project. Remember each night students are responsible for documenting the moon phase.
