AEHS Weekly Newsletter
November 5, 2023
Good evening, Titans.
Happy November! I want to first remind you that report cards are currently available in ParentVue. For those who do not have ParentVue, report card distribution will be Thursday, Nov. 9
As you know, Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Monday, November 20. You may begin signing up for conferences with your student's teachers beginning Wednesday, November 8. Conferences will be held in person this year. We recognize that everyone is busy and may not have an opportunity to sign up for conferences in advance. Therefore, there will also be an opportunity for you to walk-in to to meet with your child's teachers. We will share more on this Wednesday. Also, because you are able to meet with your child's teachers throughout the school year, if you would like to meet with teachers via Zoom, we ask that you schedule time to meet with them before school, after school, or during their planning periods throughout the school year, and ask that you not request to meet virtually on November 20 as this day is reserved for in-person meetings.
I also want to say congratulations to our Boys Cross Country team for placing 1st in the region and to Patrick Mozden for being the individual 4A Regional Champion. Congratulations are also in order for our Girls Cross Country team who placed 2nd in the region. Congratulations Coach Da Silva and staff for having an amazing season and best of luck at States!
Job well done to our Girls Volleyball and Field Hockey teams for having amazing seasons as well, and to our Titan Cheerleaders who placed 3rd in county competition. I want to also congratulate our football team who advanced to the 2nd round of the playoffs, beating Northwood 52-0, leaning on the 5 Ramon Bent touchdowns and his 300+ yards from scrimmage.
Additionally, kudos to Einstein Stage on their performance of Lavender. I had an opportunity to go to opening night and it was a really good and entertaining show. For those of you who do not know, Lavender was written by a 2023 Einstein graduate, Langston Muller, who did a phenomenal job writing the script.
Have a great week!
Mark Brown, Jr.
Principal
