A message from Mrs. Pleak
Dear Families,
Fall Break is right around the corner! We have several exciting events happening after our Break.
- October is National Bullying Prevention Month. See information below about wearing orange to stand united against bullying!
- Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held the the weeks of October 22 - November 2. We will be scheduling conferences next week. We will also share the first report card of the year at these conferences. We are excited to meet with our families to share all that your students have learned so far this school year.
- We are going to celebrate our Grandparents the week after Fall Break. On Wednesday, 10/24 through Friday, 10/26 we invite our grandparents in to school for lunch and to visit the Book Fair with their student. Look for more information below regarding lunch times.
- Friday, October 26th we will have our Fall Family Festival! This is a fun event for the entire family. Join us from 5:30 - 7:30 for food, games, crafts and a final stop at our Book Fair. This event is entirely FREE! Students may dress in a costume if they would like.
Enjoy your weekend!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Pleak

Activities range from developing computer games to hands-on science experiments. For more information, visit CelebrateScienceIndiana.org.
Parents/guardians of students in grades K-2:
A parent or guardian MUST be home to receive children in grades K-2 from the school bus at the end of the school day.
If no one is home upon the young student’s arrival, the child will be returned to the school where the parent will be required to pick up the student. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
