Doritos Commercial Precie
Doritos, in their Doritos commercial, tries to sell their product by making the audience laugh with a soon to be dad taunting this unborn child during his/her ultrasound with a bag of Doritos.
The father notices that the baby is responsive to him waving the Doritos chip over the mother’s stomach so the father taunts the baby; therefore, the mother gets upset and throws the chip on the floor which leads to the baby popping out of the mother’s womb freaking everybody out.
Doritos uses transfer by connecting the action and emotion of laughter to the Doritos chip so they can sell their product.
The commercial uses a comedic tone, the intended audience would be anyone who is a parent that takes care of a child.
