Valentine's Day Celebration

We have set aside a brief time at the end of the school day on Thursday, February 11 for Face-to-Face students to exchange valentines (Feb 12 is a remote learning day). PK-3rd and 5th grade will have their exchange at 3:30. 4th grade will have theirs at 2:40. If you choose to send your child with valentines for their classmates, we ask that you send enough for all the face-to-face students in the homeroom and label them all "To: My Friend, From: (Your child's name)". This will aid in passing cards out quickly and easily. A store-bought, individually packaged candy/ food item may be included, but we cannot accept homemade food items. The valentines will go home with your child so that you can make the best decision about if and/or what your child eats. Students will be provided with a bag for the exchange. Teachers will communicate digital ideas for our Connect students.

Release of Information Forms

If you are needing Behavior Rating Scales completed or are wanting the school to communicate with an outside entity, private tutor, doctor etc. , you will need to complete a Release of Information Form for this school year. You can request this form through the counseling office. When asking teachers to complete Behavior Rating Scales, you will need to give one week’s notice to allow teachers ample time to complete the forms. These forms will be faxed directly to the doctor’s office and you will be notified once this is completed.

Although the application window has closed to be able to skip a grade for the current 20-21 school year, there are 2 opportunities available during the year to test to skip for the 21-22 school year. Please see the district website for testing dates and application deadlines..
