KJDS 2/3 Class
TCAP Testing
KJDS will participate in TCAP testing next week Monday through Thursday (Friday will be make-ups). As usual, KJDS does not put a stressful emphasis on these tests. We only encourage all our students to do the best of their ability. 2nd grade does NOT participate, only 3rd and up. There will be breaks and snacks throughout. This is scheduled to only take up part of the morning classroom time. 2nd grade will continue to have class during this time as 3rd grade will take the test with Ms. Louise. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask.

Video for 5th Graders
As the tradition of making a video for our graduating 5th graders continues, I encourage you to ask your child about the student he/she has been assigned to speak about. I have let the kids know and told them to be thinking about what message they'd like to record. Our volunteer, Mark, will be recording responses next week. Your child may want to speak about special memories with their friend, what makes him/her so special to KJDS, wishing them well in middle school, or saying what will be missed about him/her.
