M.M.S. News & Notes
September 17, 2021
From the Principal
M.M.S. Parents and Guardians,
Good afternoon and Happy Friday! I hope you had a wonderful week and your weekend allows you some time to spend with friends and family. The Fall season is just around the corner but summer just does not seem like it's ready to let go. We have completed the first three weeks of school and time is flying. The students have done such a fantastic job transitioning and we could not be more pleased with their level of effort and positive attitude they bring to the building each day. It is hard for me to wrap my head around the fact that this week was the first full 5-day week for students since March 13, 2020! We continue to live in some crazy times and we need to stay united and remained focused on our kids. We can do this together!
Along with including some general information and important updates in this week's newsletter, I have included a link for parents/guardians to provide me some feedback about Back-to-School Night this year. As with previous years, we continue to make adjustments to the evening to best serve your needs and wants for the most positive Back-to-School Night experience. Please take a minute to share your thoughts. Also, please remember to update your Sapphire information so we have updated contact information in the case of any emergency or simply need to contact you and let you know what a great job your son/daughter is doing in school.
Thanks again for your support. Have an outstanding weekend!
Joel Yohn, Principal

Please review this letter to learn about your right, under Title 1, to request information about the qualifications of the classroom staff working with your child. Information about Title 1 can also be found on our school website.
