Sometimes loving oneself means letting go of relationships, people, situations, and circumstances that no longer serve us. Sometimes it means learning to connect on a deeper level with ourselves via going inward, taking a class, journalling. Sometimes it means learning how to be more intimate with a partner or spouse in a way that feels good to both parties. Sometimes it means taking ownership where we have been lacking, or being responsible for our own healing instead of blaming others.Loving oneself looks all kinds of ways.
As we move into Valentine's Day and week, you get to choose what the day/week means for you!
