The pic below is a snapshot of what needs to be completed for everyone. If you have an open circle or half open circle, that means something is not yet done.

T/O= Training for Evaluation, Everyone has completed this

SA = Self Evaluation, Everyone has completed this

PGP = Professional Growth Plan, Everyone has completed this

OBS = Observation

  • if you have a half circle that means you need to sign it on your end (I can help you with that if you need help).
  • if it is an open circle, we need to get one done ASAP- I think everyone is scheduled

MYR = Mid Year Review, Everyone has completed this

EA = Evaluator's Assessment Rubric

  • This will take about 30 mins - 1 hour for those of you who are not yet done

MSL = Measures of student learning / SLO

  • This should only take 15-20 mins if you bring me your data/MAPS report ready to go

EYR = End of year Review

  • This is SUPER quick - max of 5 mins

FER = Final Effectiveness Rating

  • This will self populate when everything else is done!
