Homework-Free February Break!

KPMS will be having an official "Homework-Free" February Break for both students and teachers. We are hoping that our students will enjoy the break from all of their commitments at school and have some time to do all of the things that they love, such as sleep, read, and spend time with their friends and family.

We look forward to everyone coming back after the break rejuvenated and ready to go!

Reporting School Absences

If your child is absent, please make sure to call the KPMS main office at 508-541-7324 by 9:30 AM on the day of the absence. Our main office secretaries, Ms. Morry and Ms. Solomon, will record the absence in our system. For more information regarding school absences, please see our Student Handbook (pp. 35-38). Thank you!

Book Drive: Feb 10 - Feb 28

The Student Council is sponsoring a Book Drive from Monday, February 10, through Friday, February 28. We will be delivering the books to local libraries on March 2nd (Dr. Seuss's Birthday) while celebrating Read Across America with the community.

All new and used books can be dropped off in Room 203 or the main office.

Applying to Tri-County Regional?

A message from our guidance counselors:

If you have an 8th grader who is applying to Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical High School, please make sure that they have completed their online application. Mrs. Spinelli will be meeting with all applicants on Wednesday, February 12th, during 8th grade SAT. (This is a change from the original date of Friday, February 14th.) At that time, she will discuss the interview process. Students will receive a pass in homeroom that will remind them of the meeting and let the students know the location and time to attend.

Guidance counselors from Tri-County will be coming to our school to interview all applicants on Thursday, February 27th. If you have any questions, please reach out to Mrs. Spinelli in Guidance.
