Fibonacci Day Deserves To Be a Holiday
0,1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21... This day is to remember the numbers that supposedly hold the mathematics of LIFE! If I had to choose a worthy holiday to be a national holiday, this would definitely be my top choice.
This is the pattern of a sunflower seed spiral
Believe it or not there is a mathematical way to calculate the amount of seeds in this spiral. How, you may ask? Well, my friends, of course, you use the Fibonacci Numbers
This is the exact spiral of a conch
I don't know how this guy figured out all this magical mystery math but he did. This was made by taking all of the numbers and drawing a x*x (x being a Fibonacci number)
And this was in the 1170's
This man was obviously Fibonacci, and he lived around 900 years ago. And, get this, he was originally using Roman Numerals, but he found that the Hindu-Arabic system was easier
