# On The Right Track Design

### Design Cycle Report For Technology Class

For design number 1, I made a spreadsheet about the criteria for each subject and the total score of it. I put the criterion horizontally and the subject vertically. Below each subject and the score for each subject, I put the total points that you're going to get.

I didn't include...

• the average for score for each subject
• Since, I did it on paper, I didn't put any color to make it easier to see what subject it's.
• I didn't make space to allow for multiple units of work.

For design number 2, I put the criterion in columns and the subject in a row. The criterion total will be the same, but I didn't put it in. I also got the total column, but didn't write anything in it.

## Conclusion

In conclusion, I will make a small spreadsheet design for each of the subject. The criteria will be in columns along with the score for each criteria. I'll put the unit in rows, because you can just move your hand to the right to see the total score for your grade. Also I'll include the average score. I will include all of the subject and criteria. I will make space for the overall grades. Use different colors for each subject, including heading and border so it'll standout more. So the spreadsheet will look a bit like design number #2.

## Stand-Alone Design #1

For the design number 1 of the standalone I decided to do it on prezi, because on prezi you use can make it work by itself. Also the layout, theme and font is cool. For the first slide, it's going to be about the MYP introduction, so people can know what I'm doing about and tell a bit about the MYP program. The rest of the slide is going to be about each subject and the criteria and total score.

• be appropriate in length (not to long or too short)
• for MYP students (audience)
I didn't include...
• outline assessment criteria, how each assessment criteria is graded and how and overall grade is calculated
• use a good balance of images and text
• when information and/or images are used from other sources - it must be referenced (my information on the prezi is referenced in the bibliography section, because that is where I got the information from)

## Stand-Alone Design #2

For design number 2, I decided to do on Smore. The title is at the top of the page. The page is divided into 2 sides. There'll be 4 subject on each sides and I include where I'm going to put the subject and criteria.

## Conclusion

In conclusion, I'll create design number 1, because it look organized and easy to understand, it's also simple to look at. I'm going to add all the things in the design specification that I miss in the design. There'll be pictures for almost every slide, explanation of each subject, each criteria score and the overall score for each subject.
