Words from Principal Wirth

Greetings Lion Families!!!

As we get into the beginning of the holiday season, I want to share my gratitude for the work that our staff has been doing this year!!

They have had to make many adjustments to how we provide instruction to our students. Additionally, due to COVID, we are seeing our students have a lot of gaps in their learning. However, our teachers continue to push forward and adjust as needed.

We WILL accomplish our goals for our students this year with a full team effort.

You can help out by:

  • Making sure your child is here everyday they are not sick
  • Checking with them daily about their day- what did you learn about in language arts, math, art, music, PE, etc?? Engage them in these conversations.
  • Ask them about their goals and progress towards these.

Please reach out to your child's teacher if you have any questions!!!
