Good luck? or God's Grace?
As we enter in March, we are working through the first week of Lent; we are finishing up Trimester 2; we may be getting anxious for Spring and longer hours of sunlight; and we will be celebrating St. Patrick's Day! We see around us that St. Patrick's is a day of leprechaun's and good luck. The Catholic church, in her wisdom, teaches us that it is not "luck" but Grace and good works that move us forward in achievement and holiness. Let us encourage our young learners to ask God for His abundant Grace during this Lenten season. As our children grow and develop, let's work to teach them that they can achieve great things with effective effort and God's Grace! The beginning of Trimester 3 is a perfect time to help your child begin a new area to grow!
Let's be exceptional!!
Sincerely in Him,
Michelle Smetanick, Principal
We pay attention! We look for those students who extend themselves regularly to help and encourage their classmates and show kindness to others.
