Admissions Manager at Israel Tech Challenge (ITC)

ITC offers its participants both training and job placement opportunities in top tech companies, along with strong networking within the Israeli tech community. To date, ITC introduced over 500 graduates from over 20 countries to the hi-tech industry.


Admissions Manager


Reporting directly to the Head of Training, the Admissions Manager will manage the Fellows Program admissions process from A-Z and be the main point of contact and source of information for potential students throughout their application and onboarding process.


This is a full-time position based in Tel-Aviv, Israel.


Responsibilities:


  • Be the first and main point of contact for candidates throughout their application process and provide them with relevant information and assistance
  • Conduct interviews with candidates
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with all candidates throughout their application journey
  • Develop the student recruitment process, screening strategies, best-practices and success measures
  • Administer necessary enrollment documentation
  • Manage the organizational CRM and monitor its daily updates
  • Manage a team of technological recruiters and screeners for our various programs. This will require recruiting relevant staff, setting and adjusting success measures for the team and monitoring their work
  • Leverage insights to improve student recruitment and screening methods along with measurement tools
  • Assist students with their onboarding to the program including: pre-course, payments & scholarships, legal status and logistical preparations
  • Assist with student extra-curricular activities and improving student experience on campus



Requirements:


  • Fluent in English and Hebrew
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in admissions, program coordination, customer service or sales
  • Experience conducting interviews, screening and sourcing relevant candidates
  • Available to conduct calls with overseas candidates during evening hours
  • Experience managing and updating CRM systems – an advantage
  • Extremely well organized with excellent time-management skills
  • A charismatic and articulate storyteller who can clearly communicate ITC’s story and mission while pitching programs to candidates
  • Ability to find logical solutions for candidates’ distinct needs as well as advocate their candidacy in admission committees
  • Service-oriented individual with outstanding communication and closing skills
  • Motivation to work with talented young adults from around the world
