FAMILIES IN TRANSITION (FIT) PROGRAM
Families in Transition Coordinator - Rm 233
The Families in Transition (FIT) Program is here to assist Chief Charlo students and families experiencing housing instability (McKinney-Vento Act) and/or economic hardship. FIT works as a bridge between those families, our school and the district staff to empower students to stay in school and remain successful both in school and as lifelong learners. FIT also provides families access to community resources and services.
FIT is here to support your family, because we care about all of our Wolves - BIG and small!!
I look forward to assisting you!

From Chief Charlo's FIT and At Risk families ... THANK YOU!!
KINDNESS ...
KINDNESS from SO many others this year helped the Chief Charlo FIT Program provide presents to 25 families who celebrate Christmas, making up a total of 100 individuals!! Gifts were provided through the school's Snowflake Giving Wall, the Missoula Alliance Church, Zootown CrossFit, Morrison Maierle, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints 1st Ward, KYSS-FM, and Mrs. McHugh's 2nd Grade 'Chores for Change' Project. The Sentinel JV & Varsity boys basketball teams were also kind in giving of their time after practice on a cold Monday evening to deliver to 9 families. Thank you everyone!!
Sometimes it takes only one act of kindness and caring to change a person's life. Jackie Chan
