Some odds and ends that you should know.....
- October 31 is the last day to buy your Yearbook at the reduced price of $55. Click here to order yours now!
- Yesterday, Juniors took the PSAT-NMSQT. We usually expect those results sometime in December. Unfortunately, there is no make-up for this particular testing session. As soon as we see results, we will start to build SAT Prep classes for the 2nd semester for any Junior who is interested.
- This weekend is going to be BUSY here at WNHS. Listed below are our activities:
**McHenry County Health Fair will be held Friday in our gym, throughout the day, for all McHenry County 8th graders. We will host hundreds of students from all over the county.
**WNHS will host it's first play-off related game as our Soccer team takes on Harvard to earn a berth in the Regional tournament; that game starts at 4 PM on Friday. They need your support, come out and cheer them on!
**WNHS will host a Varsity Volleyball Tournament all weekend. Action starts Friday after school and continues through Saturday. 12 area teams are in the hunt for the championship.
**WNHS will play Marengo HS in Football. Games start at 5 PM on Friday. This game has strong implications for our play-off hopes. Come cheer the boys on to success!
**WNHS will host the KRC Cross Country Conference meet at Emricson Park on Saturday. That event starts at 8:30 AM.
**The Care for Breast Cancer 5K Run/Walk will be hosted again this year at WNHS and kicks off at 8:30 AM on Sunday. Come join the fun!
