Butler Celebrates Academic Excellence- National Jr. Honor Society

The Butler Middle School celebrates academic excellence by officially launching a national recognition program that celebrates academic assessment and student achievement. The NJHS is not an honor society based solely on grade point average but consists of the brightest and most well-rounded students. Students will become official members at an induction ceremony at a later date in the Spring. More information to come. If you would like more information about this please email Mrs. Swepson (Chapter Advisor) - tsparkes-swepson@lowell.k12.ma.us

Internet for All

The Office of Educational Technology through the US Department of Education has a program called the Affordable Connectivity Program which helps to provide low-cost internet connectivity to low-income households. If you are struggling to afford your monthly internet service, the Federal Communications Commission’s Affordable Connectivity program (ACP) may be able to help. More information about the program and resources can be found at https://tech.ed.gov/broadband/acp/#.
