It's Polar Party Day!

School still on for Monday!

An Update from the Aquin Administrative Team:

We will continue with our plan to have school on Monday, January 6th. Advanced notice was given on Friday, January 3rd that we would have school on Monday so parents could prepare travel arrangements for those students who rely on Freeport for busing. We have no students who walk to school on a regular basis as other schools do. Our students will be transported by their parents, relatives, neighborhood carpools, or drive themselves. If you have a student who drives, please make sure they are prepared for the weather (winter jackets, hats, gloves, scarves, blankets) and have their cellphones with them.

Both buildings have been checked today and are ready for students. As some rooms may be a little cooler than usual, the decision has been made to have a sweats/jean day on Monday. Students and staff are advised to wear layers--long sleeved shirts under sweatshirts, long underwear or tights under pants.

St. Joe's Campus Update:

It's a Polar Party!

As the 'Christmas Party Day' was cancelled due to snow on Friday, December 20, we will be having the parties on Monday--so come prepared to have fun. The 'Jean Day' from December 20 will be held on Monday as well. Dress in layers!

High School Campus Update:

We will be on regular schedule for classes on Monday. Remember that Tuesday is 'Finals Day' from Friday, December 20. Finals from 1st and 2nd hour will be held at the beginning of the day on Tuesday. Might want to break out the books tonight!

If you are driving to school--please make sure you are prepared for the weather! This means wear a WINTER JACKET, hats, gloves/mittens, scarves and have a blanket or 2 and your cellphone in your car.

And--it's a FREE Jean/Sweats Day. Wear long sleeves and throw on a hoodie. And as a special treat for you--Beltline Cafe will have cups of hot chocolate for sale at lunch. Yumm!
