Hayes Weekly Update
May 14th- May 18th
A Message from Mrs. Seybolt
Camp Read A Lot was a success! It was a little windy but fun was had by all! As we enter the last stretch of school we need to keep our students engaged. This time of year does create anxiety for several of our students . Keeping them engaged and in a routine will help help students maintain Cardinal RED behavior.
Discovery day is on Friday, May 18th. If you haven't signed up for an activity to do with students, now is the time! It will be a great day and our students will enjoy getting to learn how to do different things. FAC is in charge of organizing this day and will let you all know what to expect that day and how students are rotating to different classes. A big thank you to FAC for organizing this day!
As most of you already know, I will be out of the building most of next week. I am having a small surgery on Monday and plan to return to school on Friday, May 18th. If you have an emergency or fall ill while I am out, please notify Ms. Schmitt of your absence. Her number is 405-905-0694. Please call or text her before 7:00 am.
Thank you for your hard work getting your F and P data in Infinite Campus. For PLC meetings next week we will be looking at our final F and P data, deciding who will be invited to summer school, and making summer school invitations. We will need these forms sent home the day of your PLC meeting and returned ASAP. Students who return their summer school note will receive a treat from the office.
If you have not done so already, please turn in your Snow day forms to Ms. Hunter. Ms. Hunter is recording the information in a spreadsheet that is due Tuesday, May 15th at 9:00 am.
Have a great week and I will see you all on Friday!
As always if you have questions or concerns, please come see me!
We are Cardinals,
Michelle Seybolt
