Full-Time In-Person Learning
Just a reminder that Full-Time In-Person Learning begins April 12. Please make sure you have reviewed the letter sent home to Jackson families last week that includes important information for both in-person and full-remote learners. If your child is returning in-person beginning April 12 and has medication forms or health actions plans, please ensure that information is up-to-date and on file in our health office. If you have any questions, please call our main office at (630) 516-7600.
Dental Examination Form Reminder
Thank you to those families who were able to submit dental examination forms to our health office. As a reminder, dental forms for all 6th grade students, as well as 7th/8th grade students enrolling from out of state, must be received by May 15, 2021. Dental forms and all immunization information can be accessed on the District website or by clicking here. If you have not had a chance to drop off your child’s dental form, you can submit the completed form to our health office using one of the options listed below.
Email: alanda@d45.org
Drop it off using the school dropbox located outside the main office entrance door #1.
As always, you may contact the health office with any addition questions. Please call the main office at (630) 516-7600 to be connected to our school nurse.

Return to School Website Reminder
Curbside Book Pickup
LRC curbside book pickup is still available for our remote learners. Hours are flexible and can be scheduled at the convenience of our remote Jackson families' schedules. A reminder of the checkout process, including our flexible pickup procedures, is as follows:
- Students use Destiny Discover to select books and place them on hold for pickup.
- Students complete a form indicating the day and time they will be picking up their book(s).
- Pickup takes place at the LRC door (Door #13) located at the back of the building.
We hope you find this process convenient to meet the needs of families, as we want to support and encourage our students and their reading. In-person learners will still continue to check out books using Destiny Discover. Books will be delivered to students' classrooms. If you have any questions, please reach out to Ms. Jilek, our LRC Specialist, at tjilek@d45.org.
