A Message from Mrs. Toleman
I always love when Fall arrives and we can see the changes in the environment around us. We also see changes throughout the school. Our kindergarten students are well into the routines of school as if they have been doing it for years. You can walk in to any classroom and you will see students reading books of all genres, writing about a variety of topics and solving complex math problems. They are meeting with their teacher to conference or talking with a partner about the book they are reading. They are designing artwork, playing and listening to great pieces of music and engaging in various activities in PE to promote good health. This is happening at all grade levels and in all curriculum areas. We are always seeking ways to make sure we are meeting the needs of all students and our teachers are diligent in making sure this happens. With Parent/Teacher conferences in full swing, please don't ever hesitate to share your concerns or questions with your child's teacher. That open line of communication will make for a very successful school year.
As always, I thank you for all you do for your children and our school.
Respectfully,
Rebecca Toleman
