What a great time we had last weekend at the Halloween Carnival! I am constantly astounded by how fantastic our families are when it comes to putting these events together. As we head into the busy holiday season, please check out the long list of dates for some more exciting upcoming events. Trimester 1 ends in just another week and a half. Soon, it will be time for conferences and Thanksgiving Break! Have a wonderful (wet) week.

Annual Fund Appeal - We Need You!!

Thus far, in our Annual Fund Appeal, we have raised $45,150 with a goal of hitting $100,000. We have had 14% of school families participate so far. Our goal is for 100% family participation at amounts that are appropriate to your family. Any family who gives a donation by tomorrow (10/27) will be entered in a drawing to receive two free admission tickets to our Crab Feed/Auction on January 28th.

Auction/Crab Feed
Save the Date! Our annual Auction/Crab Feed is scheduled for January 28th and before we know it, it will soon be here! This is a very important event for our school uniting current school families, alumni, and Holy Rosary School supporters. It is a great opportunity to get your volunteer hours in and support your child (s) school.

The window for 2017-18 Fulcrum Tuition Assistance Grant Program (TAP) applications officially opened on October 1st, 2016. Here is the link to apply: https://fulcrumfoundation.org/grants-and-programs/tuition-assistance

VERY IMPORTANT: Any family seeking ANY financial assistance from Holy Rosary Regional School MUST first apply through the Fulcrum Grant Application.

If you need help with this process, please schedule an appointment ahead of time with Berenice between 3:30 - 5 pm. No walk-ins will be accepted at this time, out of courtesy. If you would like to use a school computer, you can come in the office anytime between 7:30-3:30 starting on Monday 10/17/2016 (but help may not be available during these hours). To speed up the process, please have your last year's Tax Returns ready and an idea for monthly rent, utilities, insurance, car payments, debt, amount in savings, etc, or miscellaneous expenses such as vacations. Make sure to list all expenses, as this helps to qualify you.
