Kindergarten News - May

Curriculum
We will finish up Unit 7 in reading and push our way through Unit 8 as the year winds down. Students will be responsible for reading ALL the high frequency words so please keep practicing. These words are introduced early in first grade so all the summer reinforcement you can do will help.
Math will be mostly addition and subtraction practice and games.
When I look at my current formal and informal assessments, it's amazing how far the class has come since September. Your child should feel very proud of his/her hard work!
