We want to reward those who are consistently hosting Origami Owl Jewelry Bars, and sticking with our O2 Vital Behaviors. We’ve simplified Storybuilder requirements (generate just 250PV per month) and starting March 1, our new Storybuilders will receive 30% – 50% retail commissions while those who are producing less than 250 PV each month will adjust to 20% – 40%.

New Monthly Owlchiever + Owlchiever 10 Incentives

On the first business day of every month, you can expect the happy {NEW} O2 Monthly Flight Plan email in your inbox with what you should focus on during the month to keep your business flying. One unbelievable addition is the opportunity to earn our new, monthly Owlchiever incentive and the occasional Owlchiever 10 incentive!

Achieve Owlchiever in the calendar month and you’ll have the chance to earn the monthly Owlchiever incentive! We’ll even occasionally surprise you with a special Owlchiever 10 incentive—that’s for our Owlchievers who earn 10 or more Owlchiever Points (previously known as “myO2 Rewards Points”) in a calendar month. Exciting New Career Plan Enhancements Effective March 1

The Origami Owl Career Plan is arguably the most generous plan in the social selling space. Now, we took an even closer look to see how we could make it even stronger.

Here are a few of the key highlights that will go into effect March 1.

Increase in commissions at specific levels.

Generate 99 PV each month to remain an Active Designer rather than 250 PV cumulatively over six months. You’ll have a two-month grace period to generate 99 PV in a month before your designation changes to Inactive Designer.

Regarding Total Volume Required at Each Level. We’ve updated a few important areas for your business. Confusing leg rules have been eliminated! And, now instead of using CTV (which includes volume beyond the pay levels for top leaders), we are using Team Volume (Levels 0-4). We have also adjusted the Team Volume requirements at Senior Team Leaders and above to ensure our leaders earn more at those higher ranks.

New Personal Sponsor Bonus. We split apart the Level 1 Team Bonus into a Personal Sponsoring Bonus and the Mentoring Bonus to better celebrate those who are sponsoring. This allows top Sponsors to ask another team member in their Levels 1-4 to mentor New Designers they sponsor as of February 4, 2016.

Simplified team building. We’ve simplified how you build your team to advance to the next Career Level. The focus? Team Leaders! The requirements to grow to the next Level focus on adding new Team Leaders either directly or in your Levels 1-4.

Focus on building Team Leaders! This is where the bonuses and recognition really begin. New Team Leaders will earn a $50 USD Bonus and their qualifying Mentor will also receive a $50 USD bonus. When the new Team Leader holds their Team Leader paid as position the next month, they’ll receive the Rolling Case for free!
