What is Pi?
Pi is an extremely large, irrational number that never ends. When we use the symbol in math we round it to 3.14 instead of using the many other digits as well.
Who discovered Pi?
Archimedes of Syracuse (287-212 BC) is thought to be the first to use Pi in a calculation. Archimedes was one of the greatest mathematics of the ancient world.
My younger sisters birthday is on Pi day!
