Boiling
Potato- the potatoes become softer and easier to eat
Eggs- the outside shell doesn't change but the inside becomes solid
Rice- the rice becomes softer and therefore easier to eat
Steaming
Potato- they become softer and easier to eat and peel
Vegetables- they become softer and easier to eat
Frying
Eggs- the oil and the heat in the pan cooks the eggs and turns them from a liquid to a soild
Potato- the potato cooks and becomes softer and therefore easier to eat and easier to digest
