The Culinary Institute of America is the top most rated culinary school in the whole world. They have over 40,000 graduates. It was founded in 1946 and is located in Hyde Park, New York. It also has the world's largest staff of American Culinary Federation Certified Master Chefs.
Johnson and Wales University
Johnson and Wales University is located in Provence, Rhode Island. Their unique educating skills provide different types of learning for all types of learners. They were founded in 1914.
There are different types of pastry jobs, such as a bakery owner, an employee in a casino, or an employee in a restaurant. If you want to be a bakery owner your job will most likely start at 3 or 4 am. People that work in the casinos as a baker owner or employee have difficult jobs, because some bakeries are open 24 hours every day. Normal bakeries around the world have easier jobs, because they usually close at 6 or 7 pm which is a decent time to go home and rest after a hard days work of cooking, unlike the casino bakeries. An employee in a restaurant also has an easy job, because they open around 6pm for only a dinner and dessert serving, and they close at around 9 or 10pm for any late dinners.
