High School Summer Internship Program
What is the STEM @ GTRI High School Summer Internship Program?
The STEM @ GTRI High School Summer Internship Program is a paid, five-week internship where Georgia students have the opportunity to work alongside and be mentored by GTRI faculty and staff.
Students (16+ years old) must complete the online pre-application to be included in GTRI’s 2023 applicant pool, which is the first step in the internship application process. The purpose of the pre-application is to match students with a summer internship opportunity. Completion of the pre-application is not a guarantee of being selected for an internship position.
All students must complete the online pre-application in its entirety before Sunday, Jan. 22, 2023 at 11:59 p.m., to be considered.
How do students apply?
Interested students must submit a pre-application prior to the Jan. 22 deadline. Please note that completing the pre-application is a requirement, but not a guarantee of employment. GTRI faculty and staff will review the pool of applications from the pre-application, and will set up interviews with applicants being considered for an internship position.
