Dr. Bak's Message
Happy Tuesday, Roadrunners! As we learn from home, I know that some days will be great while others may be challenging. When you need a little motivation or inspiration, watch this pep talk from Kid President! Even though he has challenges in his life, he pushes forward with a positive attitude of gratitude. I hope your day is filled with sunshine and happy thoughts!
A Pep Talk from Kid President to You
Gratitude Challenge Accepted!
Check out this beautiful message written by our 2nd grader! Her words, "selfless" and "courageous" are just the right words to describe our healthcare heroes. Way to go, Chloe! Please continue to send notes to St. Jude Memorial Foundation or drop off your letters at Laguna Road on M-F at 11am-1pm.
FSD Family Challenge!
This week's challenge is called Move with Me and encourages you to stay active! You might do some stretches, create an obstacle course, take a nature walk, follow an exercise video or routine, or just turn up some music and dance your heart out! Whatever activity you choose, remember to be active! Upload a picture or video of how you're getting your daily exercise on our FSD Family Challenge at Laguna Road Form. I wonder who will accept this challenge? Will it be a kindergartener or maybe a 6th grader? Only time will tell!
Roadrunner Read Alouds
Today's Roadrunner Read Aloud is brought to you by our 1st grade teacher, Mrs. Poirier! If you would like to watch more read alouds by our staff, please go to Roadrunner Read Alouds.
