Where farmers grow enough food to sell it to the public at market.
SUBSISTENCE AGRICULTURE
Economy made up mainly of farmers that grow only what they need to support their family.
COTTAGE INDUSTRIES
Where people work in their home or small workshops making items for their family to use or to be used locally.
COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIES
Where items are made in large quantities in factories and sold to businesses or other consumers.
