CLASSROOM SPOTLIGHT

This week is Vocation Awareness Week as well as the start of Week 2 of our Read-A-Thon. In honor of both of these events we were blessed with a visit from Deacon Dan Koehl, Diocese of Ft. Wayne - South Bend, and Deacon Scott Graham, Diocese of Toledo, OH. Both Deacons read and discussed vocations with our students. This was such an awesome experience for our students as well as another great way to promote the importance of reading in our school.


Please keep both Deacons in your prayers, as well as all religious.

READ-A-THON UPDATE

As said above, we are in the middle of our second week of Read-A-Thon. Currently, our school has collected $291.00 towards our goal of $7,000.00. Please continue to bring in those donations. Our second checkpoint is Monday, November 9th.

10:00 am to 10:30 pm.

Say that you are from Queen of Angels Catholic School and/or show the flier and the school will receive 10% of the total sales.


November 11, 2020:

Veterans Day Rosary on the School Front Lawn (Weather Permitting)

Due to COVID restrictions, we will not have visitors in the classrooms but would love to invite any Veteran to join us on the school front lawn at 2:00 pm.

FLEX E-LEARNING/DISTANCE LEARNING DAY

We will be having a Flex E-Learning/Distance Learning day on Friday, December 4, 2020, so that the teachers can participate in professional development. This day will be similar to our November 5th day.
