Our style of eating

When cavemen wandered around they did not have any processed foods to choose from. Just fresh, healthy foods that they had to find or even hunt themselves. Free from any additives, pesticides or processes.

Caveman or Paleolithic is a way of enjoying food without the modern, processed or refined foods present in every walk of life today. This mean that all food is prepared in a specific way to ensure that all of the nutrients available in the food is benefited from.

Eating in this way is not just about loosing weight, it is a healthy approach to making your body indestructible. These foods increase energy, the ability to burn fat and gets you in touch with your natural instincts.

Our plan is to bring those principles into our kitchen (no hunting required though!)
