In this seminar, I want to educate the women about the basic essentials that all women should know and unfortunately may not have learned until now. I will abolish some key myths that impact a women's sex life and provide take away information that will enrich their sexual experiences. Most importantly, I want to give women permission to explore their sexuality.
I want to inspire women to eat food that makes them feel SEXY! When working with women one on one, it often times becomes blatantly apparent how intertwined our relationship with food is to our sexuality. Not getting laid? Grab some ice cream! Feel sexually undesirable? Reinforce that believe with poor food choices! I am committed to helping women develop a relationship with food and sexuality that leaves them feeling SEXY. STRONG. and SATISFIED.
