Tired of going to the gym or running by yourself? Want to try a new sport or improve your tennis game?

Start the new year off with Cardio Tennis!

This is a one hour session with high intensity training and tennis technique. This camp is designed for anyone looking to sweat while having fun. Whether it is to improve your tennis or simply get in a great workout, every drill is targeted at a different body part. We're going to get that heart rate up and get you moving!


We're bringing cross-fit to the tennis court! Each person individually competes against themselves and strives to improve their personal best. Stations will be set up around the tennis court with three minute intervals and two minute rest periods (may vary). There will be one station specifically designed for tennis where the coach will teach a little bit of technique or improve your strokes.

Other stations will involve, lunges, squats, running and footwork drills, dumbbell weights, skipping and what better way to end the session than with a seven minute power abdominal workout!

What you need

  • Tennis Racquet
  • Water
  • Beach size towel to lay down on (I will provide a yoga mat)



  • 250฿ per class
  • 5:30-6:30pm, 5:45-6:45pm, 6-7pm (available upon request). Must be before dusk, as the tennis court does not have lights. This will depend on everyone's preference and availability. Please let me know.
