If you answered yes to either of those questions, come call admitted future Education Majors with us on the fifth floor of the RCOE in the James Center on March 6th and 8th at 5:00pm. You can come to one day or the other, or both! Hours will be provided for the time that you contribute. All you need is your cell phone and a positive attitude! SDAP hosted a successful coffee talk this past Friday. Thanks to all of you who volunteered and/or participated.
Math Contest on Wednesday---EARN SERVICE HOURS!
There is a Math Contest on campus March 8 and we are expecting around 309 students to attend and take the Level 1 and Comprehensive tests.
Dr. Eric Marland is planning to do an infectious disease simulation activity with the Level 1 students from 12-1pm and we are looking for around 10 students who would be willing to help with 'crowd control' of 200 or so middle school students in Grandfather Ballroom.

Upward Bound Job Opportunity
Choose to spend your summer making a difference in the lives of high school students in the ASU Upward Bound program as a Resident Advisor.
Location: ASU campus with opportunities for travel
Compensation: $1,700 – food and lodging provided (private room)
Qualifications: Applicant must be a current ASU sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student who is interested in working with high school students and has a strong academic record.

Raleigh Parks and Recreation Job Opportunity
The City of Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department is currently recruiting students to fill a variety of summer positions. Positions include camp directors, lifeguards and internships. These positions provide great experience working with youth and are a great first step for students who wish to pursue a career in the education field.
