Climate Survey

The fall climate survey will officially begin Dec. 1 and end Dec. 11. Emails will begin to be sent to staff on Nov. 30 (first day back from Thanksgiving break), but due to the large number of emails, they may not all be received until Dec. 1. Results will be available by January 8.

3R and Career Management System

Due to the late arrival and many items on the plate of the principal, we will not be implementing the CMS evaluation system at the campus level this school year. Instead, please immediately begin using the 3R evaluation for those employees on your campus who do not fall under a pay for performance evaluation. This would include teacher assistants, custodial staff, cafeteria staff, etc. However, please be reminded that counselors have a new evaluation system this school year.

Essilor Visits Reinhardt

Essilor Vision Foundation spent a day at Reinhardt and provided an eye exam for 62 students. 57 students received or will be receiving glasses in the next few weeks. This was a huge success for students who desperately need this service to be successful in their educational efforts in the upcoming months.

Coaches Connection

Adamson & Bryan Adams Feeders recently collaborated on Friday for a Coaches Connection Training. KUDOS to Maria, Kelly, Felicia, and Barbara for planning well and providing this rich experience for our Campus Instructional Coaches!

Grade Reminders:

1. 2 grades minimum per week

2. Notify parents and students of potential failures

3. Implement intervention plans for failing students (tutoring, make-up assignments, etc.)
