Chili Seasoning Recipe


  • 1/2 cup chili powder
  • 1/4 cup garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1/4 cup oregano
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1/4 cup cumin
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
*Origin: native from the east Mediterranean to India.

How to store: Store in an airtight container and place in a dry, cool area, away from light. Flavor and aroma can be retained for up to six months.

*It's a good source of Iron, Manganese, and other vitamins and minerals.
*Cumin seeds have traditionally been noted to be of benefit to the digestive system.
*Cumin is most likely use dried in seasoning and preparing foods.

*Cumin can be used ground or as whole seeds.
