Who am I?

Big image

Any man who reads too much and uses his own brain too little falls into lazy habits of thinking.

Although I use Both the left and the right side of the brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable while using the right side of my brain. That means that i have spontaneity, expression, nurturing, imagination, creativity, artistry, holistic, abstract, and conceptual thinking. However, sometimes i need more Structure, control, focus, responsibility, direction, organization, planning, listening skills, rational and logical thinking.

My Personality Type

#1 Orange

I have a "orange" personality type. That means that I need freedom. Freedom makes me witty, creative, fun loving and adventurous. I act before i think and i get very competitive with others. I hate it when people order me around, i like to be impulsive. I do stuff at the spur of the moment, not even thinking whats gonna happen next.

Decision Making Results

When making Decisions I tend to follow the Conceptual Style. Pleople With that decision makeing style areinsightful, enthusiastic, very personal social orientation, shows consern for others view, seeks new ideas, smoothes over difficulties; is well liked, and completes tasks by using intuition. Other sometimes Percieve my decision making style as too idealistic, slow, indecisive, and difficult to control. The best organizational fit for me is one for loose, decentralised settings, informal and simple organization.
