Tip 1: When using email don't write in all capitals. It makes it seem like you are angry , and shouting

Tip 2: Use BCC field when sending an email

Tip 3: Don't use email to talk about personal things. It's very easy to print ,copy , and forward email.

Tip4: Don't use abbreviations like "lol" or "idk" when using email , It's unprofessional

Tip5: Don't request delivery.

PHYSICAL SPACE

Tip 1: Sometimes you may spend more time in workplace than at home so you should always keep your work space neat and professional.

Tip2: Always respect others space no matter what kind of work space it is.

Tip3: If someone is on the phone don't interrupt , or communicate with them verbally with sign language.

Tip4: Make sure to limit personal calls, especially if you have a workplace that doesn't have a door.

Tip 5: Learn when , and where it's right to use cell phones.

CELL PHONE/ELECTRONICS

Tip1: When using company electronics don't use it for personal use.

Tip2:Don't use inappropriate websites

Tip3: If in a meeting make sure your cell phone or any other electronic device is on silent

Tip4: Always make sure that it stays with you , or stays in a safe place

Tip5: Don't let anyone else use your work devices
