Counselor Corner
Hello from your Elementary Counselor, Mrs Fox! I have very much enjoyed our start to a great school year. I spent the month of September visiting classrooms virtually for a social-emotional lesson centered around resiliency and working through challenges. I have also increased visits with individual students needing social-emotional support. In the next couple weeks I will also begin small group based support for students! As the year progresses, I am continuing to connect with classroom teachers for referrals for students who are struggling or may need additional support. If you are noticing some behaviors that are interfering with your child’s success in the classroom, please feel free to complete my parent referral form and we can work together to determine if supports are needed for your student.
The Elementary Counseling Team also has our BAS Elementary Counseling website for ideas and resources to be used at home! Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns that you may have, and I will do my best to support your child.

Teal bags will be available for students with allergies. We will have 25-30 decorated Trunk or Treat slots with local businesses, teachers, and parents handing out candy and allergy friendly treats on the passenger side of the vehicle.
Safety is our top priority and Trunk or Treating will be as contactless as possible. We kindly ask that when you enter and exit the parking lot, you make a right turn only to help with traffic flow. There will be volunteers directing traffic.

Hilton PTO Mission Statement:
We as parents wish to support the entire teaching staff and
administration to make sure each and every child at Hilton Elementary
School has a variety of learning opportunities and experiences.
Amazon Smile and Kroger Community Rewards is a great way to help the Hilton PTO raise money without having to donate from your pocket! Money raised goes to our events, to buy items for teacher’s classes, to buy books for Principal’s Reading Club, etc.
We recently earned over $600 from Kroger Community Rewards! To sign up, go here and search for Hilton Elementary PTO.

If you make Amazon purchases through Amazon Smile, we get a portion of your purchase! We recently earned $105 from Amazon Smile and we know we can earn more. You can use Amazon Smile through a web browser, or link it to your app. Information is here-
Other ways to help the Hilton PTO is to snap receipts on the Box Tops App and send in any cut out codes or to send in Coca Cola caps and codes off cardboard boxes!
